Greetings Parishioners of Good Shepherd,

I am pleased to have been assigned as your new pastor in this wonderful part of Jefferson County. I am no stranger to this area as I was just a short drive from here in Imperial. I attended Windsor schools all through elementary, middle, and high school. I was a parishioner at Immaculate Conception in Arnold and spent a lot of time at St. Joseph Imperial in my high school years.

I am 33 years old. I entered seminary immediately after high school in 2006 and was ordained in 2014. I served as a transitional deacon at Our Lady of Lourdes in Washington MO, and as a priest at Immaculate Conception in Dardenne Prairie, St. Gabriel’s in South St. Louis City, and most recently at Assumption in South St. Louis County. I also currently serve as the BSA chaplain for the Archdiocese.

I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and basically everything outdoors. I also enjoy cooking for myself an others. Regarding ministry, I have a great love for the youth in education and in other formational ways both
in and out of school. I also have loved my time working with adults in faith formation both in small group and larger group settings.

The greatest joys of my priesthood have come from the relationships I’ve formed talking, working, and just being with the people of my parishes and I am very much looking forward to getting to know you all as a
parish and hopefully many of you in a personal way as well. I look forward to sharing my gifts and talents with all of you and would love to help you share yours with the parish as well!
